    Our SMH - Flat Pack modular container housing solution arrives in a standard container for loading and unloading off vessels in remote areas with limited port facilities. It comprises modules that can be joined in any configuration to provide apartments, houses or office accommodation as required. It is fast and easy to erect and is designed to meet the prevailing thermal, structural and environmental loads relevant to the region.

    This flat pack container is representative, it is the basic module. Adapt to other five functions. Standard type with one door and two windows. is flat packed for simple, cost effective transport and can be used to develop small to large complex and multi storey accommodation. Base modules measure 6000x2400mm by 2500mm high and they are completely free standing; there is no requirement for foundations or a concrete slab. Once the building is assembled it is ready to be connected to local utilities.

    3mm thick cold rolled & welded steel profiles; welded 4 corner castings with dimensions according with ISO norms.
    Insulation Thickness: 100mm mineral wool/Fiber-glass / PU
    Subfloor board: 0.5mm thick, galvanized steel sheet
    Floor Board: 18mm fiber cement board (water resistant v 100) complies with the emission value E1; free of formaldehyde (E1)

    Dimensions: 960mm high*1200 mm wide
    The windows are build with PVC materials and fitted with Aluminum Rolling Shutter. They are equipped with a blinding system and an insect net.

    ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
    Protection: Protective current switch(40/4E-0.03A), automatic fuses (B-characteristics) of suitable power(10A,16A)
    Earthing: 1 galvanised strip iron earth electrode(2.5*4mm) with fastening.
    The buyer/lessee to arrange for the lightning Earth installation on site.

    Equipment:
    support two 220V fluorescent fixed in the ceiling support one low noise 220V fan fixed in the wall.
    Open hole and frame for assembly for air-condition in the future.
    Others equipment will be fixed by the owner according his requirement such as switch, sockets, networks ware socket, phone socket, and phone will be connected by the owner. Phone wiring providing for easy go through the line.

    SITING AND ERECTION Any individual container should always be mounted on either wooden or concrete foundation bearers (6 bearers)
    The same applies to the combining of several CILC Module-Containers in a cluster where units must be positioned over concrete bearers or concrete slabs. Foundation parameters and frost depths would be subject to local demands and soil conditions. Level foundations are necessary for problem-free positioning and friction-free erection of any combination.
